Why is it so repetitive?

The heiligeh Bardichover explained that the passuk had just said that the Leviim were chosen for special jobs in the Mishkan. Some Yidden may have felt left out. So Hashem repeated Bnei Yisrael again and again to show that He loves every single Yid equally. The Leviim were only chosen to help bring kapparah for Klal Yisrael.
