YOSSI: Wow this is it Yoeli, the place.
YOELI: Here near the Kosel is where it all began Yos! Not just Yiddishkeit, but the entire world.
YOSSI: I remember talking about this, when we were starting this journey, how Hashem started Brias Haolam from Yerushalayim – from the Even Hashisiya, the foundation rock, which is on the Har Habayis.
YOELI: Not only that, but Hashem took earth from that place to form Adam Harishon! Later Adam, Hevel, Noach, and Avraham Avinu would bring korbanos there! And, the mizbe’ach of the Beis Hamikdash was built in that exact place!
YOSSI: But it goes further, Yoeli! Yitzchok also davened on Har HaMoriah, and so did Yaakov, when he had the dream of the Malachim! Shacharis, Mincha and Maariv were all born on Har HaMoriah!
YOELI: But all of Yerushalayim is heilig, Yos! We’ll come back to the Kosel and Har HaMoriah, which are the heartbeat of the whole world. Dovid Hamelech said, עֹֽמְדוֹת הָי֣וּ רַגְלֵ֑ינוּ בִּ֜שְׁעָרַ֗יִךְ יְרֽוּשָׁלִָֽם: our feet are standing at your gates, Yerushalayim! He couldnt believe that his physical feet were actually standing on the holy soil of Yerushalayim!
YOSSI: And we have that same zechus, Yoeli! Unbelievable!
